What types of payment does your website accept? Our website accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Where do you ship your coffee? Orders placed on our site are available to be shipped to the continental United States.

Is your coffee available for return? Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of coffee we are unable to offer a return. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any issues, or there are errors with your order please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Are your in store only items available for shipping? Unfortunately no, we are not able to ship our chocolates or gelato at this time. We apologize that we are unable to do so it is just so hot here in Texas!

Can I order chocolate covered strawberries online? Our chocolate covered strawberries are available in store only. If you would like to place an order please give us a call at 903-792-1468 and we will be happy to help you!

I would like to apply for a job opening. Can I do this online? At this time all job applications are handled in store. Please stop by our store in Texarkana to pick one up.

Where should I store my coffee? We suggest that you store your coffee in a cool, dry, dark place. The best way to store coffee is in an air tight container. We do not suggest storing our coffee in the fridge or freezer. Coffee tends to absorb odors and moving the coffee in and out of the freezer can also introduce moisture. This can result in degradation of the coffee and also potentially introduce mold growth.

Can I check the value of my gift card online? If you need help checking the balance of a gift card purchased in our store please give us a call at 903-792-1468 or visit our store and we will be happy to assist you.
